Went here for daughter birthday to try it out. Had prawns and they were not cooked. The meal of my daughter was far to hot must been old meat . As it was over spiced. They do say if you eat meat from a Indians don't eat as the meat could been sitting. So that night spewed everywhere on toilet all night. Mentioned to the boss he blocked me. So if im not good enough customer what do people say customers are always right. Well let say I wasn't off the toilet. As the king prawn sea water and prawn was like under cooker. Avoid.... at all costs..

Totally rubbish, blood on the walls, sub standard heating, no room service, a curfew and even proof that the owner himself stated he would not stay in the hotel himself. Says alot about this place. Dirty and not recommended at all.

The best b&b I had ever visit
The staff was available at every time, super nice and courteous. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with a nice view.
I would advise everybody to come to the Carlton!

The host was welcoming and nice on making entry in to reception. The room was quite nice but cold I asked the host if he could sort the heating and he did it straight away. Nice view over looking the river. Would stay again.

Stopped there for work rooms are ok breakfast was fine if basic staff where helpful and friendly yes there is no one on arrival all you have to do is phone best part for me was the reasturant you could not fault the food

The hotel is not close what the pictures show! It's dirty and smells bad! We left she promised the money back but we did not get it back! Worst place ever
